Southwest Regional Cancellation
Information Please contact T-Bone or Red Dooley (903-272-9283) or Honey B. Graceful (sasshoney@yahoo.com) if you need to cancel your entry for the SASS Comin' At Cha Southwest Regional by October 10th 2010 to receive a full refund of your match entry. October 11th through October 27th - Cancellations will receive a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee to cover the cost of pre-purchased shooter supplies, prizes, etc. October 28th to the start - Cancellations will not be refunded. Please let us know as soon as possible if you should be unable to attend. We want you to get a refund and others to have a chance to schedule time off and attend the match in your place. Thank you. |
